Once your terminal arrives:

  • Unbox and power on the device.
  • Connect to Wi-Fi and pair it with your Denefits Business Panel.
  • Install updates and sign in with your Denefits credentials.

To place your order, log in to the Denefits Business Panel and select Terminal from the navigation menu. Click Order Terminal — Free of charge, confirm your business information and shipping address, agree to the terms, and submit your request.

Absolutely. After placing your order, you can access the Terminal Dashboard and work through these 3 pre-launch setup steps.

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes your tracking information, shipping carrier, and expected delivery date.

If your shipping details need to be changed, an admin user can update them directly using Update Delivery Details.
